As an Owner and Body Corporate Committee member of Thompson Park Apartments I have been hugely impressed with the passion, drive and commitment that Marianne brings as a Building Manager. As an owner feel incredibly fortunate to have her as the Building Manager of a property I have purchased. Her follow-up and ability to negotiate and liase with various parties to ensure that all aspects of the building are maintained to the highest standard is outstanding. All the time ensuring that people residing on site are consistently informed of the rules, conduct, changes and any possible issues. What’s even more impressive is her foresight to be one step ahead ensuring that no possible future issues will occur and stopping them in their tracks before they do. As a committee member, and I’m sure I could speak on behalf of others in the committee, we know that having Marianne on ‘our team’ supporting the wants and needs of the owners/tenants of Thompson Park is a huge asset. Given the amount of time I see her picking up rubbish or being hands on with little things that need attending to on the property I can literally say that Marianne leaves ‘no stone unturned’ and I would highly recommend her as a Property Manager her work ethic is exemplary.
