We do not manage rental properties, and are not affiliated with any Real Estate companies. Our focus is facilities management and our building managers are building managers, not rental property managers.

Our combined skills span; construction, quality control, project management, contract negotiation, Body Corporate liaison, repairs, upgrades, health & safety, liaison with developers and their sub-trades, security, design, and landscaping. We also consult on new buildings for all technology related systems (Security, EV chargers, Internet).

Value

We don't put a margin on sub-trades (cleaners, gardeners etc), so you get 100% of what you pay for. All costs for our sub-contractors are transparent, billed direct to the BC.

We are not affiliated with any other companies and all sub-contractors are independent. This means we source quotes from potential suppliers and go with the best option for your building in consultation with the committee.
