This elegant, stately building draws inspiration from the larger traditional homes found in Remuera. Enduring, beautifully crafted materials deliver a sense of permanence. The building is balanced by an equally attractive garden, where the same level of design consideration has created a peaceful, green oasis for all residents.

Unique to Elm is a sheltered, private garden. The centrepiece of the garden is a nine-metre heated swimming pool, with a nearby pavilion where residents will gather throughout the year. This elegant structure sits slightly away from the pool, making it the ideal place for a quiet drink with friends.
