Ford Lofts is the first heritage building in our portfolio. Nestled in Augustus Terrace in Parnell it is an iconic site designed by Pip Cheshire. We are in awe of the gorgeous design details, original features and modern twist Cheshire Architects have given this once dilapidated building.

Ford Lofts is an architectural triumph, boasting eight lofts each with a different layout. Repurposing the original Model T Ford factory, the apartments encompass outdoor spaces, worn industrial finishes and iconic gridded steel windows. Contrasting beautifully with the painted brickwork and rubbed timber is pewter tapware by Perrin & Rowe.
