Ilico was designed by Warren and Mahoney and picked up an NZIA award in 2016. All of the apartments have either a north facing courtyard or balcony, with shading and privacy provided by metal screening. The carefully considered composition of these screens with the lightweight balconies and elevated boardwalks create depth and shadow.

We were appointed to manage Ilico in November 2018 after 3 previous management companies had managed it. We re-negotiated contracts and were able to save them money that could be used on other maintenance items and upgrades. Through improved cleaning and rule enforcement the presentation of the building has improved and the committee are very happy with the results.
