Outlook has a fantastic mix of buildings offering different features; The Tower is oriented north to provide the maximum amount of sun, while ensuring the greatest number of apartments enjoy the sensational views of the city, Waitemata Harbour and Rangitoto Island.

The Mews offers a more intimate lifestyle, with each offering two garden apartments and three upper level apartments. These garden apartments have significant outdoor areas for their exclusive use, while the upper level apartments face due north and are bathed in sun all day.

We worked closely with the development team 6 months out from completion on this project.

In April 2021 we redesigned the gardens and managed a major replanting project to give a more enduring and structured look to the complex.
