St Marks is a highly technical and complex site with many unique systems and features that you won’t find in other apartment buildings. Designed by Peddle Thorp and built by Dominion Construction, this complex comprises 58 luxury residences, a café and 6 commercial suites servicing medical professionals.

This site also has the largest post-construction EV infrastructure installation of any apartment building in New Zealand. This was a project that we worked with the BC to implement.

The Green Building Council awarded the St Marks/Natural Habitats project the first ever Innovation Point in the history of Homestar Design ratings.

The Award-winning, green walls (the tallest in an apartment complex in NZ) feature 1500 vines, shrubs and epiphytes. We work closely wth Natural habitats on site maintenance.
