Managed since April 2016,  when the complex was completed. Thompson Park is a large site with two 4-storey buildings with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments. This quality development features a 1200sqm lawn, pool and barbecue area.

We were able to work the developer in late 2015 to ensure a smooth handover and move in for the new residents. We then worked with the owners committee and developer to implement a security system upgrade.

In 2021 we managed a large landscaping project to turn a bland collection of grasses into a lush tropical oasis. In 2022 we changed the pool from Chlorinated system to a salt water system.
