We have been privileged to have Marianne as an owner in various Body Corporates over the past 15 years. On all occasions Marianne has been a pivotal member of the Committee of each of the Body Corporates she has owned in. She has been diligent and assiduous in all her Committee duties and, in particular, has brought to the Body Corporates both common sense and considerable practical building experience.

We are delighted that Marianne was recently appointed as a building manager for one of Boutique’s new Body Corporate properties and we are looking forward to working with her in this role, in addition to continuing to be involved with the Committees.

We have no doubt Marianne would add considerable value as a building manager for any building complex.
