I, along with my site manager, Fale Mamea, have been engaged at the Saltus Apartments over the past ten months, carrying out remedial works to the residents’ balconies throughout the block.

During this time Marianne Inglis, Building Manager for the apartments has helped throughout the whole process, liaising between both ourselves and the tenants. On many occasions she has gone above and beyond to calm the concerns any of her tenants may have had about the processes and works being carried out by ourselves.

Forman Commercial Interiors have employed eight full time staff and a number of sub-contractors of various trades during these works. Marianne has never shied away from any issues or problems the tradesmen may have encountered on site and to her credit, she has been able to help out with very useful suggestions along the way.

With her helpful and cheery nature and the ability to problem solve, she has been more than an asset to Forman Commercial Interiors whilst we’ve been on site.

Marianne is an extremely approachable lady and the ideal go-between for such a project. She is calm under pressure and well organised. Her planning and communication skills have been second to none throughout. Without her input, these works would not have progressed with such ease.

I would highly recommend Marianne for this type of roll in any other situation like this. It has been an extreme pleasure to work with and alongside her throughout our contract.
